The primary objective of the project was to design, fabricate, and install a custom Blower Acoustic Enclosure around an industrial blower system that was generating noise levels beyond acceptable workplace standards. Blowers, by nature of their operation, are significant contributors to ambient noise in industrial environments due to motor vibration, airflow turbulence, and mechanical resonance. Left unaddressed, this can lead to workplace discomfort, non-compliance with occupational noise exposure regulations, and long-term health risks for personnel working in proximity to the equipment.

Scope of Work

Our team conducted a detailed site assessment at the Gurugram facility to understand the specific acoustic profile of the blower, including its operating frequency range, decibel output at various load conditions, and the physical constraints of the installation area. Based on this assessment, a customized enclosure design was developed, taking into account:
