Ecotone Systems has successfully delivered a custom-engineered Acoustic Enclosure solution for glass blower machinery at the manufacturing facility of FG Glass Industries Pvt. Ltd. in Taloja, Maharashtra. The project was undertaken to mitigate high noise levels originating from continuous glass forming operations, while ensuring uninterrupted production and adherence to workplace noise regulations.

Project Objective
Glass blowing processes generate sustained high-intensity noise due to mechanical motion, air pressure systems, and material handling operations. Prolonged exposure to such noise can adversely affect worker health and productivity.

Engineering Design and Implementation

The enclosure was manufactured using high-performance sound-insulating panels with internal sound-absorbing linings, supported by a structurally reinforced framework suitable for high-temperature industrial environments. Special emphasis was placed on ventilation design to ensure adequate airflow and heat dissipation without compromising acoustic performance.
Access doors, inspection panels, and service openings were strategically incorporated to allow safe and convenient equipment operation and maintenance.
