Acoustic Foam | Acoustic PU Form Panels

Ecotone Systems offers high-quality Acoustic PU Foam (Polyurethane Foam) designed to deliver exceptional sound absorption and noise control. This material is engineered to weaken sound waves upon impact and reduce noise transmission effectively, achieving a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of up to 0.8. Known for its fire-retardant properties, durability, and consistent acoustic performance, it ensures both safety and comfort in any environment.

Applications of Acoustic PU Foam

Acoustic PU Foam by Ecotone Systems is widely used in various industrial and architectural settings. It is ideal for recording studios, conference halls, home theatres, cinema halls, hotels, clubs, and ballrooms. It is also suitable for industrial workshops and acoustic test facilities. The foam can be conveniently glued or laminated to other materials such as non-woven fabric, gypsum sheet, sun mica, or glass fiber to meet specific acoustic design needs.

Shapes and Sizes Available

Ecotone Systems Acoustic PU Foam panels are available in different shapes and sizes to suit various applications. The plain sheet type comes in a standard size of 1000 mm × 2000 mm with thickness options of 25 mm or 50 mm. The wedge-shaped panels are available in 300 mm × 300 mm or 600 mm × 600 mm sizes with thickness options of 50 mm, 100 mm, 200 mm, 400 mm, 600 mm, and 900 mm. Similarly, the pyramid-shaped panels are also available in 300 mm × 300 mm or 600 mm × 600 mm dimensions and come in the same range of thickness options.

To use acoustic foam effectively, install it on the walls, ceiling, or corners of a room where sound reflections are strongest. Use adhesive spray or double-sided tape for mounting. Cover key reflection areas without sealing every surface to maintain balanced acoustics. For low-frequency sound, add thicker panels or bass traps in corners for best results.

Ecotone Systems, Acoustic PU Foam has a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) value of up to 0.8, meaning it absorbs up to 80% of sound waves. This makes it highly effective for controlling echo and reducing noise in recording rooms, theatres, studios, and industrial spaces.

Acoustic PU Foam can be used in a variety of spaces including recording studios, conference halls, home theatres, hotels, clubs, ballrooms, industrial workshops, and testing chambers. It is also suitable for office interiors and architectural acoustic designs.

Yes, Ecotone Systems offers Acoustic PU Foam in various shapes, sizes, and thicknesses such as plain, wedge, and pyramid profiles. Customization helps achieve the desired acoustic balance while complementing the interior design aesthetics.
